Our Litigation Group handles a wide range of IP disputes, including, patent, trademark, design and copyright infringement matters, domain name disputes, oppositions, misappropriation of trade secrets, and unfair competition in the U.S. and in Israel.
The attorneys of our Litigation Group work closely with patent attorneys and agents and technical specialists that work in close contact with clients. We understand that litigation can vary widely in size and complexity depending on the client, the technology, the IP assets at issue, the strategy, and other factors.  Therefore, the litigation team working on each litigation tailors itself to the special needs and concerns of each client and each case. We evaluate and analyze our clients’ needs and recommend alternatives that suit our clients both from a legal and from a business point of view.
Our litigators have experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in court, as well as in commercial arbitration and mediation proceedings, and before administrative tribunals such as the Israel Patent and Trademark Office and the Advisory Committee of the Israel Internet Association. In addition to litigation on behalf of our clients, on occasion we are asked by parties to mediate IP disputes.
Our Litigation Group represents clients in effecting and enforcing search and seizure operations and Anton Pillar orders against counterfeiters, trade dress and passing-off cases, and protection against counterfeiting and gray market importation into Israel.
